10/21/2012-Big Bend Conditioning Hike
Join Regina for a hike at Pace Bend Park on Lake Travis in Spicewood, Tx. Planning on going on the Big Bend Trip in November? This hike will help you get ready!
The hiking is moderate with a few hills and dips. We'll hike a couple of hours and stay within the amount of time that everyone is up for.
We will meet at East Trailhead which is just south and across Grisham Road from Bathroom 11 and at trail marker 504 at 9 am and start rolling promptly at 9:10 am. See links below to two maps that show the bathroom numbers and trail marker numbers.
Lunch and swim after the hike (optional).

*Allow 45 minutes to an hour to reach the park from Austin.
The day use fee is $10 per vehicle. Carpooling encouraged to save money and the environment. |
